Shipping & Confirmation
Once you've chosen your desired shipment method, you will go through our regular online Checkout process to purchase your items.
When the order is filled and shipped, you will receive a fulfillment email that will summarize the shipping method and include a tracking number.
Dreamgirls is a boutique style website and sometimes an item is no longer available. In this instance, you will receive an email or a call from Dreamgirls to give you similar options to the unavailable items. We strive to fulfill the order to your satisfaction and will do whatever we can to achieve this. If we are unable to substitute an item, we will promptly return the full purchase price of the item to the card provided at checkout.
We urge you to use the best email and phone number, so we are able to contact you promptly if the need arises. Your information will never be sold or given to away for any reason.
Returns & Exchanges
Online orders must be returned within 30 days; unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with receipt and with all original tags attached.
All domestic online orders ship with a PREPAID return mailing label via UPS. To ship an item back to Dreamgirls, please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
For exchanges: please contact us via e-mail or phone to indicate the item, size, and color you wish to exchange your item for.
Pack your item(s) and invoice into any envelope or box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
